Welcome to the 50th issue of the ABS Audio Newsletter. Have you ever been attempting to diet for fat loss and some weeks the progress doesn’t seem to be there? Everything seems on point and then you hop on the scale. No progress, or worse the scale went up! What in the world is happening?
This is something that can be incredibly frustrating. I’ve experienced it myself many times. One thing that can help with this is being informed on the various contributors to your bodyweight. The scale in not a direct measure on bodyfat. Technically, it’s a measure of how much gravity is being applied to your body (thanks Earth). What contributes to this?
