How do I know if a coach is high quality and worth my money?
So, we know coaches are beneficial to us. They can help us achieve our fitness/health goals with greater effciency and timeliness. We can avoid typical pitfalls that many fall into along their journeys. Coaches are supposed to offer us extreme value; if they are high quality, that is. How do we discern high quality from charlatan influencer?
Fortunately, that is the purpose of this week’s discussion. I’m going to go over practices that many great coaches employ. Several characteristics are tyically observable when analyzing someone’s coaching ability. Lucky for is in this online age of social media we typically have a large library of data to analyze and assess.
The questions we aim to answer include the following:
1. Is this really something I should be concerned about?
2. What type of qualifications do they have?
3. What type of language do they utilize?
4. Do they make claims without evidence?
5. What is their coach/client dynamic?
6. Motivational sendoff!
