ISSUE 8:
What are the benefits of working with a coach?
In a world of fitness misinformation and questionable coaching practices are there benefits to hiring one? Openly declaring my bias, given I’m a coach, but I do wholeheartedly think a quality coach can be a gamechanger for your success. Keyword here being “quality”. As part of this community I always advocade for myself and other coaches when they are quality evidence based practitioners.
Evidence-based coaches offer folks a vareity of benefits. We take pride in helping clients reach and exceed their goals and presumed limits. This is also why I developed my coaching pillars known as the “4 E’s”. They are: Effort, Education, Empathy, and Evidence-based. These concepts are paramount to me in my coaching practice and allow me and other coaches to offer many benefits to clients.
The questions we aim to answer include the following:
1. Who should consider working with a coach?
2. What benefits do evidence-based coaches provide?
3. Which is better: One on one vs. Online Coaching?
4. What initial offerings do I offer as a coach for those interested?
5. Motivational sendoff!
I greatly appreciate your viewership; catch you all in the comments. Stay tuned for the 9th issue next week!
