How do we diet for fat loss?
We are going to cover one of the most sought after goals in the fitness world. How can I lose body fat and develop a leaner more toned physique? That is a very common question I have received during my tenure as a coach. In fact, body composition alteration has been the overwhelming purpose for folks to reach out to work with me.
I intend on being very upfront about this process because I have seen many instances of folks who have over dieted and worked themselves into challenging situations. Within the confines of this newsletter we will discuss the basics of how fat loss occurs, how long dieting phases should last, how quickly we should lose bodyfat, what the productive bodyfat ranges are for males and females among other things.
