Fitness and Coaching: Who is it for?
Welcome to the 30th issue of the ABS newsletter! Today lets chat about fitness and coaching in the context of who its for and who might benefit from it. The answer to this is probably self explanatory, but fitness and coaching are for EVERYONE. Folks of all walks, sizes, goals, genders and so on are all eligible to engage in fitness practices and coaching. It is an inclusive space for all. That is a component about fitness that I love and it gives me great pride to facilitate that inclusivity.
Now, what type of clients do I work with and coach? Folks, across the spectrum. People trying to lose weight, gain muscle, improve health markers, improve performance in sport, get maximally strong, improve their relationship with exercise and diet, and beyond. Additionally, I’ve worked with teens as well as folks into their 70’s on strength and mobility to get them pain free in movement. The point is everyone can benefit from coaching and are absolutely welcome here in the “fitness” space with me.
