ISSUE 2:
A common trope: “starting is the hardest part”.
Everyone in the business, the coaches, the influencers, your favorite athlete all have something in common. They, at one time or another, STARTED their journey. They all had a first day in the gym, a first day managing their diets, first day where they changed the status quo of their daily lives.
Like them and you, I’m no different. I can vividly recall my first day going to the gym. After a week of objecting to my friends, who courageously kept trying to convince me to tag along, I signed up for a free trial gym membership. I can say wholeheartedly that decision was one of the most impactful of my life. Did some things well and others not so much, but the effort was there and I enjoyed the process.
But this newsletter isn’t about me; it’s about you. How can YOU take the first step towards achieving the fitness goals you have? I’m here to help you with that process by gleaning valuable information from my personal experience, my education and from what I’ve observed coaching clients for more than half a decade.
The topics will be the following:
1. Defining your why.
2. Setting reasonable goals.
3. How many changes should we make?
4. Helpful support systems.
5. Motivational sendoff!
I greatly appreciate your viewership; catch you all in the comments. Stay tuned for the 3rd issue next week!
